Maison ALBUM focuses on quality, typically from established brands. Here’s our current list, which we update regularly based on brand quality changes or exciting new discoveries.

First, select the eligible items

Each deposit is limited to 10 items and takes approximatively 15 minutes.

This allows us to give you the royal treatment while ensuring other customers can browse our boutique comfortably. This also helps maintain a diverse range of styles and sizes in our inventory.

If you prefer or if your schedule requires, you can easily fill out your form at home. However, there’s no need to worry about that—completing the form is part of the service we’re happy to offer while you relax with your complimentary coffee or tea.

Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and presented to highlight its unique qualities. Our in-store displays are thoughtfully arranged to create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring that each piece is showcased to its fullest potential.

We maintain a regularly updated inventory, introducing new items and rotating stock to keep the selection fresh and engaging. This approach not only attracts repeat customers but also ensures that consignors’ items have optimal exposure.

4. Exclusive VIP List

Preferred clients on our VIP list gain exclusive early access to new arrivals, special promotions, and personalized recommendations. VIP clients receive a 48-hour advance notice before we feature new items on Instagram or display them in-store, ensuring they have the first opportunity to shop our latest selections.

Maison ALBUM carefully selects items from its consignors to present them in-store with regular rotation, maximizing the chances of sale. We reserve the right to keep certain items in storage (particularly based on weather conditions), which may not be directly accessible in the shop. Your trust in our approach is essential.

Generalities

Items must be clean, in good condition, odor-free, and properly prepared.
Maison ALBUM does not carry out repairs or cleaning.
Shoes are generally not accepted.
As an intermediary between private individuals, Maison ALBUM declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance.
Sold items cannot be returned or exchanged
Consignments are limited to 10 items per entry date to ensure a varied selection in the store.

Consignment Duration

Items are consigned for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on weather conditions and upon mutual agreement
Depositors are kindly asked to keep their voucher, which includes their unique client reference as well as the consignation and end dates.
Maison ALBUM will notify Depositors via email when the 3-month consignment period has been exceeded, reminding you to collect your unsold items.
A gentle reminder will be sent if the items remain uncollected one week after the initial notification.
After the third reminder, Maison ALBUM reserves the right to donate the items to charitable organizations selected by Maison ALBUM.
After 12 months without retrieval, items will be definitively donated to chosen associations. Consignors must schedule an appointment to collect any unsold items.

Pricing and Adjustments

Maison ALBUM reserves the right to adjust prices to optimize sales, including during promotions or clearance sales.
Discounts may increase for items exceeding a consignment period of 3 months.

Revenue Sharing

Depositors can choose to receive their payout as either a bank transfer at the end of the consignment period or as a store credit (purchase voucher).

Payments are made on the first Monday following the retrieval of unsold items.
Store credits are issued immediately the day of the retrieval of the unsold items.
For items >€1,000, payments are processed immediately or by the first Monday following the sale at the latest.

Bank transfer

- Items sold up to €799: 50% for the consignor and 50% for Maison ALBUM.
- Items sold above €800: 60% for the consignor and 40% for Maison ALBUM.
- Items sold above €2500: 70% for the consignor and 30% for Maison ALBUM.
- Items sold above €4000: 80% for the consignor and 20% for Maison ALBUM.

Maison ALBUM retains a minimum of €15 per item sold, regardless of the sale price.

Purchase voucher

If the consignor opts for store credit instead of a bank transfer, their share will be increased by 10%.
A store credit (purchase voucher) must be used in a single transaction and must be less than the total amount of the purchase. Vouchers, like bank transfers, are issued exclusively at the end of the consignment period.

Acceptance and Modifications

The deposit of any item implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These conditions are subject to change; the version available on www.maisonalbum.lu takes precedence.

Appointments

Deposits and returns of items are handled exclusively by appointment to ensure smooth and efficient service.
