Terms and Conditions of maison ALBUM

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all transactions, purchases, and activities conducted at Maison ALBUM, whether in-store or via any online platform affiliated with the boutique. By purchasing products, redeeming gift vouchers, or engaging in services, customers agree to these terms.

2. Product Description and Availability

Maison ALBUM offers a curated selection of second-hand luxury fashion items, children’s gifts, and various other accessories. The boutique also provides a range of services, including gift vouchers and image coaching. All products are sold “as is,” subject to availability, and in compliance with the stated quality standards of pre-loved items.

3. Price and Promotions

Prices for products at Maison ALBUM are set in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Promotions, discounts, and special offers are applied as per current in-store or online policies. Only one promotion can be applied per transaction. Customers may not combine multiple discounts or promotions.

4. Gift Vouchers

Maison ALBUM offers gift vouchers that can be redeemed in-store or online. Vouchers have a validity of one year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Value: The value of the gift voucher is clearly stated at the time of purchase and can only be used for the total or partial purchase of products.
  • Redemption: Gift vouchers must be used within the validity period. No refunds or extensions are possible.
  • Partial Redemption: If the total value of the items purchased is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance is not refundable.
  • Voucher or Redemptions: Gift vouchers cannot be used alongside a promotion on the article.

5. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Products purchased at Maison ALBUM can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in unused and original condition. Please note that second-hand items are non-returnable. We kindly ask that you carefully review your purchases before completing the transaction and refer to the separate General Terms and Conditions for our Second-Hand sector.
  • Gift vouchers and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations of in-store purchases are not possible once a transaction has been completed. Online cancellations are subject to the same return policy.

The boutique reserves the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or aggressive.
